Thane: KIMS Hospitals, Thane, a multispecialty tertiary care institution, hosted its Open House of KIMS Hospitals at its advanced facility located in Hiranandani Estate, Patlipada, Ghodbunder Road.
The event served as a platform for unveiling state-of-the-art medical technologies and infrastructure across multiple departments, reinforcing the hospital’s vision to provide world-class healthcare to the people of Thane.

The Open House of KIMS Hospitals witnessed the presence of some of India’s most renowned medical professionals.

Distinguished guests included Padma Shri Dr T P Lahane (Former Dean, Grant Medical College and J J Hospital, Mumbai), Dr Ragini Parekh (Former HOD, Ophthalmology, Grant Medical College and J J Hospital, Mumbai),
Dr Sangeeta Ravat (Dean, Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital), Dr Pankaj Chaturvedi (Director, ACTREC Tata Cancer Centre), Dr B A Krishna (Nuclear Medicine Specialist), Dr A V Gurava Reddy (MD, KIMS Sunshine Hospitals), and several other eminent clinicians across diverse specialties.
The distinguished medical experts collectively unveiled new and upgraded departments, including the Comprehensive Department of Ophthalmology, Neuro Diagnostics Lab, Department of Oncological Sciences, Department of Nuclear Medicine, Department of Critical Care, and Department of Physiotherapy, among others.
The unveiling also introduced advanced medical systems such as Thane’s first Intellio Arthroscopy System and Thane’s first Da Vinci XI Robot, setting new benchmarks in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.
